After a order/payment get approved it will be sent to processing department and will be shipped within 12-24 hours max. And the orders we receive after Saturday night will be processed/shipped on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed next day.

Speed Post Express (EMS) Mail.
- Average delivery time 7-10 Days. (In most cases will reach within 7 days)
- Flat Rate = $25 USD
- Tracking is available.
Priority Mail (USA shipping only for Generic Cialis, Generic Viagra ED Pills)
- Average delivery time 3-4 Days.
- Flat Rate = $35 USD
- Tracking is available.
UK & European Mail (Have successful delivery for European Countries)
- Average delivery time 5-7 Days.
- Flat Rate = $35 USD

Large orders will be shipped in Multi packages. Information is provided in your Order history - Log on to My Account - Order history for details
Discreet Packaging
All goods are packaged discreetly. Contents cannot be identified from the packaging, no reference or markings to identify contents.
Please Note:
Non delivery due to incorrect shipping address will be charged for reshipment and its customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct address when placing the order.
Reshipment
We will replace any order that has not been delivered providing:
- Shipping address as received is correct and reconfirmed
- 21 working days from shipping date has lapsed.
- Customer Service is contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date.
- Sorry we will NOT reship any packages after 8 weeks.
Returns and replacements
Please contact our support team by sending email to support@healpharmacy.us to receive and with the proper reason for the return will be accepted.
Cancellation
Due to the fact that the logistics company processes orders almost instantaneously, it is not possible to cancel an order after 5 hours. Should you no longer require the product, follow the returns procedure which is explained within the previous point.
